Fundraiser Letter

I understand that budgets are shrinking and the cost of running your programs continues to increase. I believe the Connecticut Sportsplex can help you. The Connecticut Sportsplex is excited to offer your organization a simple and effective fundraiser program where there is nothing to purchase and the only collection responsibility is the receipt of a check from the Connecticut Sportsplex.

We decided to create our fundraiser program because we are continually approached by organizations soliciting for the donations necessary to make purchases and to help defray the many expenses they incur. We really want to help. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to accommodate most of the requests and we know that other local businesses share our dilemma. Rather then continually being forced to choose one organization over another, we created a simple and effective way to support all organizations that must raise funds to operate.

The program is simple. Your team chooses an available date and they receive 50% of our gross Laser Tag and Cyber Sport revenue for the entire night. Their job is simply to get their friends, family, classmates, and anyone else to come and have a great time. The more people that play the more money they receive. There are no special tickets to purchase or specific hours they must play. They will get paid for everyone who plays.
